About Side Effects of Hydrogen Water
The hydrogen water has various way to make. For example, to inject hydrogen-gas into natural water by pressure,to dissolve generated hydrogen when an electrode which is composed of titanium or platinum is electrolysed, and to generate hydrogen-gas with chemical reaction between magnesium and water. However, the mechanism of improving someone's health by hydrogen is simply to prevent unnecessary active oxygen, but not to act the ingredient like medicines.
Hydrogen plays a role of radical scavenger against hydroxy radical.

Hydrogen is an anti-oxide substance that have no residual effect. And from this charactoristic, there is no ill reaction report by hydrogen water until 15th November, 2011.
It's off the subject, but hydrogen is expected to delay the oxidation of brain because it can pass through the human brain stem, easily.
